Jimi promised to pen a few words for this day,

Do you have a witness ?, told you i'm no use at write ups.

Had a great day though, weather was ace, trails were dry and
dusty, nicely technical without too much climbing, hospitality at
Gazz's was superb as was the bacon rolls.

See, rubbish

I think that was the fastest I went all day :D

Man that was just great. Cracking weather, company and a pub stop too. Great set of trails with some funky natural features - lliked the tree stump and big rollable rock. Shonky pallets held up well too.

Gazz, thanks for laying on tea, juice, bacon rolls and drinks at the end - most civilized. Hope the family wasn't too traumatised either.

I reckon Jimi easily wins most photogenic rider of the day.

Is he riding one of those new super lightweight frames? So light you can't even see them?

OOH cheek from a MacRetroite who is as yet still faceless

Fantastic day out, great trails (Drumlanrigish) very rooty and twisty, unwise to look further forward than a few yards beyond your front tyre.

Gaz was the perfect host and his bike collection in the flesh was almost showroom like.

So next up for local trails might well be me, will need to do my homework to string a trail as good as Mikee's and Gaz's together :D
