Putting this up again as its a good run and now's the time of year to do it :D

Approx 60 TARMAC miles, start/finish at Killin, Perthshire.

A circuit (otherwise it wouldn't start/finish at the same place  ) on undulating c class roads. Nice.

Me and RobMac interested so far :p

nice to set a date................soon................more people needed

Might be convinced if I can be bothered to get my old retro road bike finished, but be warned I will no doubt moan alot because road bikes, as we all know, are for woolly wooftas.

If this is the Glen Lochay- Glen Lyon - Fortingall - Kenmore - south side of Loch Tay route, I know it well and have fond memories of it. Never done it on a road bike though- not enough rolling resistance.

I'd just started using SPDs when I did it, and on arriving at Fortingall slowed down, stopped and pancaked horribly as I failed to get my feet out of the pedals. The indignity...

To think that Pontius Pilate might have done exactly the same thing on his undoubtedly lightweight Italian bike was quite thought provoking.

No fancy the Trossachs Ton on the 20th June instead?
