Today I did a sweaty 20 round my mid week loop, over heating and its autumn
I was on the semi-skimmed with the psi well done and had several sphincter twitching moments as I dived from one dry bit to the next but in between oshafukcer
Must buy some new tyres something a bit more aggressive.
Loads of wild life out, deer, herons, king fisher, dipper and that mature bird from the bakers (well fit out of her uniform)
I was going pretty strong today but I'm not consistent, I go out at times feeling "lets get ready to rumble" and I'm sh1te and other times I think lets just trundle round and I fly (like today) I can't see any pattern or rim nor reason for my performance anomaly.
Sleep?
Food?
Time of the month?

Keith : AN anomaly is a person or thing that has an abnormality or strays from common rules or methods.
