Before STI, rapidfire, x-press, bullet shifters, gripshit, dual release etc etc we all used thumbshifters. Quite a few still do. But are they cool or not?

Cool, be it in old Deore/XT or Modern Ultegra/Pauls. Nothing shifts more naturally for me than thumbies.

Also the fact we retrobikers use them has to make them cool just by association :D

yes , they are retro , yes they are ptractical but are they cool ?

Cool. Not much cooler than this, the only shifter for a true retro bike!
