Part of me likes the Univega as well, mostly for the paintwork and graphics more than anything else. Always good to see smaller brands in there. Never saw many around but they were quite often in the magazines in the day. :D

My betting is that the Fire Mountain has DX Thumbies as well seeing as even the lowest spec Kona Hahanna had them in 94. I think thay should be allowed as DX Thumbies were consdiered a cheap option for shifting BITD! :|

hmmmm, I've narrowed mine down to the following five:

stauqmuk's 1998 Amp B4

24pouces 1988 cannondale SM600

Eastcoatsteve's Klein

Oneschnark's Progear STX 1995

EdEdwards' Kona Fire Mountain

this is a weird month :?

I like that so many of you decided to keep the thematic and go with mid-range photography!

The Fire Mountain with the sweet paint got my vote ....

Thanks Caramba Kid - much appreciated. I've not decided on my vote yet...

Have to agree on the photography - my excuse is that I'd never considered for a minute that I'd be submitting the Seeker for BoTM and had taken those shots simply to record a finished project. The bike is now living down in London and I've not been there since, otherwise I'd have refitted the original Muddy Fox nobblies and taken some nice outdoor pictures.

Cheers

Being a Montana fan, my choice was easy, the background in mike_eb's pic is nice too.
