Let's see those dirt drop builds folks. Hopefully there's enough out there to generate a bit of competition (and to give me some ideas for mine!).

This month's theme was taken from the suggestions post. Feel free to add your ideas here

Useful for the poll if you can structure your nomination as follows:

username's Year Manufacturer Model , e.g. John's 1990 Kona Lavadome
Image(s) MAXIMUM OF 2
Finally please include a link to your machine in the relevant Reader's Bikes section. If you don't have an existing post now is the time to add one with as much detail as you like!

Nominations thread will run for the entire month. Entries submitted after November 30th will not be counted. The poll will go up shortly after the nominations close and will run for a week.

Do explain. ‘Dirt Drops’? Would this be suitable?

THM’s 1989 Overbury’s Pioneer in it’s latest incarnation.

I guess I should change the title to drop bar special to allow standard road bars. Your Pioneer would absolutely be suitable and is a great opener

"Dirt Drops" sounds like something you would tread in or accidentally ride through.

Highly. Arguably better value than a Bordeaux, goes with about anything food wise. Long spicey finish which avoids too many top ups.

Re:

I like this theme! I’ll have a think on which one to enter and get some photos up.

Road bike month? ;)
