The Pro's Closet's 1988-1989 Chris Herting Custom "Franken-Herting" Yeti FRO

This is my personal daily driver and submission to this month's BoTM Poll. Many of you probably already know the history of this bike but just in case you can jump over to the reader's section and get the down low here: http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewto ... 7#p2049097

Take note of Chris Herting's initials in place of a serial number. He created this "Frankenstein" Yeti FRO to be his first personal Race Bike bearing the Yeti flag.

A more detailed view of the bike can also be viewed here: http://bit.ly/YetiFRO

I am just giving you crap. I always pictured you as more of a skinny jean fixie type dude than a rocker.

Tasty! I used to bounce around Durango on my later FRO. We'd always head to Durango for the "Iron Horse Classic" race. One time John Parker showed up to the race site after flying in from Indy where he'd been watching the race with Penske.......I always liked John.
