As the header mentions I'm after a TEAM GT Trials bike.

I saw that one on auction -

About 20 years ago, I went to a LBS and took a test ride on the GT trials (20" wheels)... loved it, but had to think hard about spending a thousand US dollars on a bicycle. So, the next day, went back to the store to buy it, and it was gone. Friend's brother had bought.

Ended up with a Monty, cromo, Maguras / fat tire... had fun with it, rode one competition, lost interest. Sold the Monty... Fast forward 20 years or so: Just bought an Adamant A3 for my son and I. Link to a photo of the Adamant:

Hey Smitty,

Thanks for that! Its very close but not the exact one. Notice on the Ball Burnished one you sent it doesn't have the flat cap on the rear of the down tube. Very close... Ill keep looking! The one i missed a few weeks ago was mint and i only missed due to my Phones batt dying... Annoying!

Curious - interested in the bike for collector value, or to ride it?

Nice Monty! I collect GT's so a bit of messing around but mainly for the collection

Ive managed to find another one but it not a team... Ill keep chipping away and hopefully find a nice one!
