Hello chaps, bottom of the last box of bike bits revealed a fluffy toy shlugg! Early 90's universal u brake mount for forks (or rear if you like!) The first to hit the uk market. powder coated black. Has seen use on the front of my old Holmes which had condor forks. Value? God knows!
