Mongoose motomag.

I have a late 70s (I think) motomag that I have owned since the early 80s and have restored with new/nos parts. Needs a sticker kit to finish off and set up as loosely assembled. Anyway I'm thinking of moving it on as it just sits in the shed. Is there any interest out there and more importantly what's a ballpark value??

There's always a lot of love out there for a Motomag.
Best place I would think would be one of the facebook groups, the old school BMX UK group or the UK Mongoose group would be the best to start to get some sort of valuation. It would depend on the parts whether they are original or repro, what stamping/age of the Tuffs etc but it looks good to me so would be worth a bit.
I also have a 79 Motomag in the loft that only comes down now and again. It's the same year and model I raced back home. Besides the white paint as mine is nickel plated, it is similar to yours I suppose.

Thanks for the pointers. Most parts are new although a few are nos. Lots of the original bits seen to have vanished in the mists of time!
