80s 531 Track bike resto

Just finishing off this track bike resto. Frame/fork is a 'McBain' in 531 with drilled campy ends; thought to have been built by Aussie builder Hillman.

Started out in rather horrid street fixie spec with a mish mash of modern and original parts;

Rear Wheel:Vintage Dura Ace Track high flange 32 hole (circa 197:cool:, vintage Mavic Mavic MA2 High Polished(green label)*
Tyres:NOS Specialized Transition 700x20C skinwall or Vredestein Fortezza Track 700x23c Amber*

Bottom Bracket:Shimano Dura-Ace loose ball
Cranks:Sugino Super Mighty, Sugino 52t Chainring

Pedals:MKS Sylvan, MKS clips, white leather single straps



*Campy Moskva 80/sovos beater wheelset in pics as I'm waiting on spokes to build mavic front wheel.
