this is my latest restoration project
i bought this locally a couple of months ago
the project started out as a bear frame and forks bike
there was damage to the headtube and paint flaking to the top fork bridge
recent repair to the headtube and re-finish to forks at C&G finishes in liverpool
as you can see from photos,i have fitted the forks with campagnolo record headset,rear campag nuovo record mech and front campag record mech.
campagnolo record downtube shifters
nuovo record chainset
modolo professional brake calipers
more photos to come,when further work carried out

Nice mate, luvin the frame. Do you have the contact details for C&G in Liverpool, do they have a website?

Looks awesome what they have done.

it should come up with the details,phone number,address etc
if you do contact them,please tell them that i recommended them.

The paintwork is tired and the whole thing could do with a respray and some time and money invested in it. I absolutely love it even after all these years...

one of the nicest bikes ever made and in 531Pro too!!!!

i owned a 753 version in the 80s - superlight - i was told that
raleigh and reynolds were always messing around with different
variations/ thicknesses etc of tubing - treasure it, it's a beauty!
