set and puncture repair kit
Folding Pedals - £20 ebay
New brake set + cables- £30 all in, ebay
Bearings - £8 Halfords UK including BB + handlebars
Painted burgundy bits myself - £21 Peugeot spary paint + primer

Girlfirend is painting a new cast BSA badge for the front.
Replace pedals with metal chromey jobs
Decal saying 'Fred', my dads name ;)

Best bit my dad hasnt seen the bike for months, might be his birthday present for December

And for my next project?!? Loved fixing the old bike up...


a) Love the idea of a Pashley Guv'nor, maybe outright buy one myself or go for the look with old frame etc.

b) Electric vintage bike look...not sure
 
Not quite sure he's actually gonna get it now, no doubt he'll just stick it in the shed and let it rust again although he has a folder i bought in holland and uses that most days

Tell me about it, loved doing it up, kind of worked out that i should be spending the money on tools rather than getting someone else to do it.

Oh well, on to the next project...

Added some new pedals and will slap on a new bsa badge soon...photos to come
