New purchase.
Non original paint work in fairly decent order and will slowly find period parts to suit.
More photographs when it arrives as attached are sellers.

Very nice. I'm rather surprised by the allen key seat bolt on a '59 frame though. Bill Hurlow must have been ahead of the pack!

Plans are fluid at the moment.
Undecided on parts but considering -

Brake Calipers - GB Coureur Plus, GB Coureur 66, Weinmann Vainqueur 999 or Universal Model. 61 and Mafac racer

Brake Levers - Something to match calipers.

Saddle - Brooks B17 Champion Narrow

Wheelset - Need to check the frame but it should be 120mm. Gnutti /Fratelli Brivio /Airlite or similar

Cranks - Still researching

Derailleur - Benelux / Simplex or similar

Assume you have a frame number: I am doubting the vintage. I also note, although I've not read all the articles, there's no mention of Roberts building frames for Condor - which they did.

Not wanting to add to questioning of the age of this but a pre-1980s head badge should have "90 Grays Inn Rd." as the address. After they moved, I'm guessing the number was filed off. Obviously your head badge could be a replacement.
