Any idea of model, age and tubing?

Special Products started 1987 iirc when SBDU moved from Ilkeston to Nottingham, W is Nottingham nicking the Worksop number and I think 1986 was the last time they used it.

Unless someone put some stickers on a non special products frame. But the frame look pretty original. The decals are late style too. It has rack mounts so would it be a touring frame royal or randoneer?
Have yet to find one similar.
