Hi all,
just picked this up (I find it hard to resist when I find frames my size here - the French all seem to be short-arsed!)
- Owner says 1984? hand built in Super Vitus 980 with mainly Campag Nuovo Record - barring rear derailleur (Mavic), bars and brake levers. This is the 2nd bike I've bought where they've changed the bars / brake levers which in this case the guy has long since lost - price of matching levers? probably same amount as the bike cost me - slightly annoying.
Frame looks reasonable in the photos but in reality it is badly scratched throughout - but absolutely no rust.
I think I'm going to give it a rattle-can respray and start looking for bars / levers and try and restore to original spec.
