Hello there, I'm new to RetroBike but came across your thread on Pavone bikes which I read with great interest, as I have one too. I bought the frameset from Cycle World in Halifax in 1982 and rode the bike for many years. Then it sat idle for several years and I nearly got rid of it, but am now in the process of restoring it to its former glory (or better) with a view to entering l'Eroica type events. If anyone is interested I'll try and work out how to post a photo.
