Here are my bikes. All are ridden on a regular basis.

Nothing special or rare, but I like them and they were all cheaply purchased/built:

Re:

Your not related to The History Man are you?

You seem to share a taste for colourful paint.

They look great... in an eye catching kind of way.

Re:

I recently purchased both the "tequila sunrise" from the same seller in North Kent. I don't mind the scheme but I'd prefer pure orange :)

Re:

Talking of which... What's a sensible option for refreshing the frames and forks on these?

I'd love to get the Super Mondio back to original colour and find decals but where to start?

The Carlton single speed can probably stay as it is. Some Hipster in London would probably pay 250 for it as it stands...

Re:

Ahhhh, looks lie someone else has 'interesting' tastes then.

Decals, google H Lloyd, they have a massive selection of decals.

Paint wise, check out Argos Racing, Bob Jackson and Vernon Barker, there are obviously more, but those three have been used by members on the forum plenty of times. If you have a framebuilder within a sensible distance, they will either paint or know someone who does.

Re:

Thanks Neill.

Our local frame guy was Ken James in Ashford. He's been retired years though.

Re:

Not sure who is down your way.

You are not too far from Color Tech who were Chas Roberts painter, I would not take a frame there, as their work is good enough, but it took six months of Roberts pestering to get my DOGS BOLX frame back and another forum member waited over a year for a plain white spray job!

I'm sure someone more local will be along with some suggestions.

Re:

I don't know any frame finishers in Kent other than Colortec but it might be worth considering Vaz Finishes who are at Hither Green. Mario Vaz used to run Holdsworth's paint shop so should know his stuff. I haven't had any direct dealings with him but I do have a couple of frames that were finished by him and they are not bad. I think that he has examples of his work on facebook.
