Looks like a lowish spec touring model , it has eyes on the forks for a rack which may add to its appeal for someone looking for a cheap sturdy tourer. , Its value would be minimal so not really worth throwing much money at it as a project outside of functionality if that`s what you`re asking?. but should make a good comfy runabout.

Strange one. Cable guides on the top tube would suggest 70s. But what is on that headtube badge? Should be a rivetted on metal badge in the 70s&80s
