I have completed restoration of a 1987 Vitus Carbone 9 that I purchased on eBay back in October.

This was obtained as a nearly NOS frameset and outfitted "Tout Mavic" to achieve an all-French component machine. Sourcing Mavic components is now quite difficult so until the "Mavic" marked versions can be obtained, Modolo marked brake levers have been fitted.

The build up weight is 17.8 lbs.

That's lovely, very clean example. Exactly right with the sourcing of parts, particularly the SSC branded chainrings. Only ever seen one set for sale.
