Looks in good condition. I have got one of those, I bought it new from the shop in the early eighties!
It would have come with campag gears and peddles with clips and straps when new, although I seem to recall there was the option to just buy the frame and build it to your own spec.

i believe you're correct, the orginal owner of this one said it had campy on it, which he changed around and mixed and matched, i put my own shimano 105 groupset on it, its one of my favourites, especially the 105 rear derailleur... another Elan sold last month on ebay near portsmouth way, that had the original campy spec on it still
