I have an early (made in England) Muddy Fox 'Trailblazer Tourist'
I pulled it out of a skip about 25 yrs ago, front end looked like it had been run over with mashed forks and wheel
I was using it just to keep fit, done several thousands of miles on it over the years.
Fitted the suspension fork plus removed the drops as I've never been a racer and converted to hybrid around 1990
Still has original Suntour 'Accushift' front and rear but converted to use Gripshift (works surprisingly well)
I can't find any information on it, even muddy fox have no idea what it is (I contacted 'factory' looking for replacement transfer kit - it needs re-painting)
They switched production to China years ago and all the staff is 'new' - no one old enough to remember the 'old' company
Anyone have any further info on this bike?
It has an original (vintage) Flite Ti saddle now and Shimano SPD pedals to keep in line with my other bikes
