From the seventies: Tigra Professionnel Oro

New in my little collection is this Tigra Professionnel Oro. It dates back to the seventies: Simplex shifting, hubs and cranks Shimano Dura Ace, Cinelli handlebar and stem, Ambrosio rims, Universal CX brakes. More pictures on my blog.

I did not use the MKS pedals that were standard on these bikes but the clipless pedals from Contak. These are from the seventies as well. I posted some images and the scanned manual in a separate post on my blog.

Indeed. Compared to the pedals from Time, Look etc. I would say the Contak pedals are unusable. I tried the mechanism several times and decided not to use them on road, too dangerous :D
 
very nice! Very pretty and especially like the lug work. Did you build it up yourself?
