LeMond "Team LeMond Club"

This frameset arrived last week after I nabbed it from eBay. It's not fancy, and the tubing isn't high end, but it's pretty unique and seems to be somewhat rare. I'm unsure of the year, but would guess it's from 1987 or 1988 because of the "TOUR DE FRANCE 1986" within the seat tube panel. It was made in Italy by Carnielli (Bottecchia) with Columbus Tretubi Aelle. Currently it is at a local shop getting the rear spaced to 130 and having the bottom bracket and derailleur hanger threads cleaned and chased. My plan is to rebuild it with new silver Athena 11s parts. If anyone has more information on this frame, please tell me!

Thanks! Today the Chris King silver headset arrived at the shop. I'll fit it tonight if I have time.

I realized I never posted final photos of the build. It's a fantastic ride, and I think I like it more than my super light carbon roadie.
