Evening all, just dropping by to share my new bike.

It's super light 753R tubes. Full Dura-Ace group. Looks like it still has the original bottom bracket, cables and brake pads. The saddle and pedals are more recent but all in all in pretty unmolested.

The seatpost is 27.4mm!

And it's 62.5cm which is my size, perfect. Could be a keeper...

The ad said it was 'hardly used' which I was suspicious of but I was pretty chuffed when i picked it up, even if I paid a bit more than i meant to.
It is basically covered in a thin layer of dust, which I am going to clean off today. Also plan to replace the cables and clean the cassette and chain today.

All in all I'm very happy with it. Ive been struggling with my old bike since i had a knee operation but I'm hoping this will get me back on the road again...

Great bike, I was watching that one and left the house to avoid bidding on it when the auction was ending. the head tube looks way longer than my 62cm SBDU, I'm thinking it's down to a steeper head angle or higher bottom bracket perhaps? And closer clearance forks? Anyway congrats, it's great to see good bikes in the right hands.
