It's Campagnolo C-Record, although the seat pin is Super Record as I can't find C-Rec one that is 27.0mm.

No inner cables - lost my frikkin 3.5mm Allen key that the pinch bolt needs!!!

Been loking for some forks like those for my CarHall.........Mercian always did a good set of forks and stays

what's the box on the non-drive side chainstay?
