Dirt Disciple

I rescued this before it was going in the skip at work. It started out as a Paul Donahue built frame which is Columbus SLX and has a Dura Ace 7402 groupset and with mavic open 4 cd rims on Dura Ace hubs. Bars and stem are by Cinelli and the seatpost is Record Chorus.
I decided to go for a alternative colour scheme so I went with this:

A skip!!!!

What do some people think they're doing??

A nice job done and a good looking bike. What is the gearing? Looks like a dinner-plate sized sprocket on the back!

Re:

It's the way the bike is leant over and the weight and length of the valve has caused it to pull over a bit. ;)

The sprocket is a spare 28t I had of an mtb...just in there temporary to make up the numbers to get the bike on the road. It did have a 25 on but was well rounded off so had to do a bit of mix up with what I had.

The spokes are just the normal type not bladed.

Thanks for looking.

yeah its alright isnt it. i like the way the paint and chrome is 'spliced in' at the top of the rear stay is this detail copied also ?
ive always liked the red green and white paint, but usually you only see it in fade,
however your sharp lines are a pleasing retro alternative
