Pantani used the same set up (alongside EPO) to pretty devastating effect, running Campagnolo.

Hi Ian

... the first pic shows an ONCE rider in 1993/94 on a LOOK KG 176 in silver - I have a one in burgundy coulouring from 1992 and still looking for one in silver.

For my knowledge they rode the silver painted LOOK KG 176 in 1993 with a combine of MAVIC 8speed components with Shimano's
first Dura Ace 8speed ST-7400

I am a die hard fan of Spanish GRUPO ONCE of Manolo Saiz and collecting replicas of most of their team bikes (i.e. KG96, KG176, KG 196, LDS KG171, LDS KG 171 pink)

and your friend is he ... Patrick Jonker or Allan Davis ???

BR Thomas
