My new project, down to detailing, polishing , nice gumwalls etc

I think this is SLX, anyone have any info on this frameset?

I'll get a parts list up when I have a mo' and finished pics.

Nice bike and it's sad the brand is not anymore. In the past I had a red en a yellow one. So I have some extra sympathy for this bike

When do a refresh of the bike I prefer a neutral color for the bottle carrier and the handle bar tape.

I think there was a change of ownership, they are making carbon bikes, plus more traditional. There is a direct outlet in the UK.
I hope they keep going!

Very nice indeed. Any indication of what year it's from? I think SLX was available from around 1984.

It looks like a late 80s build; 8 speed synchro shifters, Super record strada cranks...
All needs a thorough clean and polish, may fit a more neutral bar tape as suggested, white Ambrosio is the only option that works for me...?
Deffo fit a pair of yellow topped amber walled Gomme Italia treads tho!
