1989 7-Eleven Team Eddie Merckx

Ok yet another one of my ever expanding collection of bikes.
This one is a fairly standard Eddie Merckx 7-Eleven Team frame with Dura-Ace 7400 with 8 speed STI shifters, & Wolber Aspin rims. Just waiting for the correct pedals to become available.
I could also do with a Team Jersey with the correct sponsors on. (NOT true temper) that was the rubbish Huffy frames they used before Merckx sponsored the team. The following year the 7-Eleven team changed into Motorola.

'Just waiting for the correct pedals to become available' And perhaps some tyres! ;) Looking great, there is not much not to like about an EM in 7Eleven or Motorola

I'm now not fitting Tubs to my rebuilds as its pointless as I never ride them. But I do take your point that it would look better with some fitted.
