A F Mills was a popular lightweight shop in Welling Kent patronised by local clubmen back in the late 1940/50's, this track model features some nice period components and still handles very responsively on the odd occasion I can get it up to Herne Hill, at the moment it is set up for road use with a Universal 51 front brake

sorry I should have specced the details:

Front Brake - Universal 51 sidepull
Saddle - Brooks B17 with copper rivets

I'm not keen on your red hubs but that is stunning. I'm especially loving the 40/32 spoke combo and lashings of chrome

God that's nice, all these red airlte hubs appearing, first Bagpuss in RBOtM then this, love the position that stem will give the rider!

thanks for your kind comments, frame was resprayed by Mario Vaz whom I've used on numerous occasions for other bikes in my collection

Love old track bikes!

I for one think the red hubs a stunning, plus the bar and stem alone would fetch over $500 usd on the bay.
