The bike came with mavic monthlery route OE standard rims not the gp4's as in the earlier pics. I decided they've been on the bike from new so I polished them up and re-fitted them. Along with the old wolber classic 290 tubs it rolls along nice, more of a sunday best cruiser than race machine with this set up though as they aren't skinny or light! Lovely SS DB spokes too so a nice set up, and the SR copy Gipiemme sprint hubs are beautiful too. A bombproof set up I guess.

Thanks all, it does get ridden on a good day and attracts a lot of attention, everybody seems to know/remember the 'team Panasonic' colours!!!

It went for £49, but I did't actually have a hope in hell of getting that into the house or even the garage with my wife at the moment :lol:
