Thank you Ned, didn't realise there was a different rule for freewheel, thought it was just front only minimum for all

obviously being new to this forum, i take it this is standard conversational fair!

and to think all those kids on bmx bikes are constant law breakers. Thats the problem nowadays you see, the problems are never ironed out in childhood.

damn i regret having a bmx!
