It does look fantastic. What year is that paint job from? Looks late 90's to my eye, hence my query regarding the curved (non-Precisa) fork.

How does it ride?
More pics always gratefully received.

All the best,
David

No worries, I wasn't being flippant
I bought it with the curved forks, I read somewhere it was possible to chose, I can't accurately date it , but you're probably right, mid to late '90's

It rides like a dream, and is at it's best on a sunny day
here's pre face lift pic and I'll put more on my blog

Hi Saarf,

Great to hear it also rides well. What tubeset is the frame built of?

Another one, here, looks like an earlier steel frame - round tubes.

£375 for a Master is a good price, if it is in good nick. New frames are a good four figure sum. If it needs a re-spray it is a different calculation.

If it is not a Master, but an earlier steel frame, the price would beexpected to be lower. Colnagos will re-sell readily and command a premium over many other brands.

If it was me, and thecolour scheme, frame model and size are right, I'd ask when I would next have a chance of finding another one at that price.

Good luck,

David

Sorry didn't mean to take over this thread. It will definitely need a respray the paint has chips and tiny rust patches in places.

so could be twice the price once it's restored. decisions, decisions.
