About 6 months I found this on ebay, it was a complete impulse buy, that I only wanted because I have the mens version too. When it arrived I wasn't surprised to find out there was alot of rust and some paint had been damaged and alot of the decals were missing/ broken. This is going to be my first proper build. It is a 70's Black Diamond, Ladies version of my grandfather's bike which can be seen here.

I currently have most of the parts for this build, all I need now is;
handlebars
levers
chain
pedals
seat post
saddle
spokes and nipples.

I am going to try to build the wheels myself, it's going to be my first attempt so I'm not expecting it to be easy. I decided to use stainless spokes and blue ano nipples.

I am going to polish the brakes, chainset, shifters, forks, rims and hubs
