Although not a fan of single speed/fixies, this doe look dam good, esp like the large flange hubs/Michelin WT look!

Great job on restoring your Sun and I reckon just the kind of look I'm aiming for.

Randomly wandering through Hay-on-Wye today and picked up a Sun for £15 from an old chap who had it for sale in his front garden. Apart from one flat tyre, mainly intact - Normandy high flange front hub, Milremo high flange rear, AVA quill stem, dual pull brake levers and then a motley collection of remaining parts of no particular aesthetic appeal to me.

Get the impression that these were nothing special in their day but worthy of a bit of tlc and sensibly priced restoration to one's own tastes?
