Looking very smart there. I used to own a couple of those Raleigh water bottles in team colours, the printing on them didn't seem very durable though.

That is properly nice. Mioght I trouble you for the serial number? Have a similar but smashed SBDU frame in the loft, having seen that I'm quite tempted to get it fixed up...
 
Fantastic bike!, I aim to have a team 753 at some stage. Have to make do with my 531c version for now...
 
That's a very nice bike. It all looks "just right" and purposeful. No over the top paint job or pantographing to distract the eye. Nicely built up too.

what does 'Services des Courses' stand for?

My (probably wrong) understanding is the 'Service des Courses' were the neutral mechanics in a race (eg. the yellow Mavic vehicles you often see at larger races). Therefore a Service des Courses bicycle would be one from the neutral service vehicle.
