I love 979's, I think they're my favourite frame/fork ever.

ooh i love mavic parts ,except for the idea of milling the angled face on a pefectly good BB shell.

Love 979's and this is a very pretty one, Mavic stuff rocks had mostly ssc on my road bike :D

Very nice with all that Mavic kit on it.

Mine weighs just around 20lb with 700c wheels, Turbo saddle, Suntour/Shimano 600 drive train. It's possible to get them down much lighter with the right stuff.

Used my brand-new ex-Netto for £3 baggage scales on mine this afternoon!
