Okay new update the brakes have no date on them just engraved/stamped with weinmamn made in Western Germany on right side of the rear and 270 stamped on the left side of the rear .
I will take some more photos of the full bike just forgot to lower my resolution so can't post the ones I took .
I'm guessing it is 80s as the serial number system changed forbade 90s from what I've been reading .
