yeh...... it was a 12 hour and I guessed I might have to stop in the town for a bog break at some point and would have to lock the bike up possibly.. how annoyed would you be to get your bike nicked during a race....if I hadn't taken the lock though I might have done 200 miles... I was half a mile short.. doh I did away with the crash hat after 100 miles as my neck was hurting.

I would have asked for the course to be remeasured but it was the Welsh 12 hr.. I really don't want to upset Welsh people.. you know what they are like :twisted:

Yeh .. if I was Welsh I might ask but I am from the wrong side of the Wye...so I will just have to try harder this year.
