First post...

Thought I'd start out by showing off my ride - a custom rust finish Claud Butler Sierra in Reynolds 531.







Frame: Claud Butler Sierra 21.5" (Reynolds 531)
Forks: Claud Butler Sierra (Reynolds 531)
Headset: Unbranded
Bars: Bullhorn "chop n flop"
Stem: Unbranded
Bar tape: Brooks Microfibre, honey

Brake levers: Shimano R550 **
Brake calipers: Tektro **
Brake cables: Clarks stainless **

Saddle: Brooks B17, honey
Seatpost: Ergotec 26.4mm
Seatclamp: Campagnolo

Cranks: Shimano RX100
Chainring: Brick Lane Bikes Track 48T 1/8th
Bottom bracket: Shimano cup and cone
Chain: KMC Z510 1/8th
Sprocket: LifeLine 18T 1/8th
Pedals: Shimano PD-A550

Wheeset: Shroom Classic, 700c
Tyres: Michelin World Tour, 35c

Accessories: Basil Portland front rack

Very nice. Got a pair of very similar wheels for my CB build also with Michelin world tour 35c tyres. Mine are 26x1 3/8” though.

Not at all. I rode it without a brake for maybe 6 months but decided it wasn't worth the hassle, hence the added brake.

Serial # is 062595.

Cool, that puts her squarly in 1984 for frame production. If you add one side photo and the frame number and bike name on DWScrimshaws thread here; viewtopic.php?f=12&t=362572&start=420
he will then add it to the data base..
