From Classic Lightweights- Wheels for 1945-60s classic lightweights
"1. Dunlop “Special Lightweight.” The most common sporting rim of the sporting cyclists. Chrome-plated steel and prone to rust. Warning, whilst re-plating is possible, acids tend to get trapped within the voids and rust re-appears too soon, should you be thinking of going this route why not keep the original rust instead of having later non-period rust? 1945-1965"

Finished for now -

Damn nice that, some simple gold decals might finish it off too?

Thanks.
Re decals - the existing paint is in poor shape and it may look a bit odd with new decals but it's something to consider.

You're welcome and glad you enjoyed it.
This is currently the oldest cycle that I own and thoroughly cleaning pretty much every component has helped in understanding how they function and admiration of the simplicity of some of the components .
The rear derailleur however is a very tricky part to set up and I needed to read from many different sources to tackle it.
