Hey,

Needed a new round town beater bike - so picked up this Ken Bird frame with a couple of parts.

Thought it would be in bad shape, but seems pretty good. The frame is straight and no dents. Some nice lugs too. Owner thought it may have been a touring bike.

Too good for my round town? Thoughts?

I don't think it's a Ken Bird, so fine as a beater.

Rk.

Looks like a pinned and lugged frame such as Puch or Kalkhoff

Looks ideal, bet it rides well, less is more

Thieving scum will take whatever they can get their nasty little mitts on so always lock it!
