PS. yes I noticed the chainring in the wrong orientation / side, also I'll take off the headset and remove paint!

You have exhausted my knowledge :). The only other Alpina I could think of was Puch and it's certainly not one of them.

Very late 70's or early 80's with Galli .... Very nice :)

There's also ( to complicate matters ) Alpina in Italy that make spokes!

I prefer the decals, I may have some made the same...
 
Yep, the decals on the USA bike look better. Metallic brown was popular back then. Raleigh bought it by the skip full for the Corsair, Misty, Twenty ....... :)
