Revell of London Gents Reynolds 531c tubed racing or touring bike
I purchased this not too long ago with the intentions of doing
some club racing etc etc but it is too big in size for me to get comfy .
Pictures make the bike look like its blue but its actually silver in colour
with ornate lugwork underlined in red .
This flying machine tips the scale at approx 9.5 kg so it's nice and light
and very easy to ride , spec is as follows:
23 1/2 " 531c frame work with campag ends and really nice ornate lugwork
saddle tube to stem length is 22"
polished alloy shimano 600 brakes , operated via shimano 105 slr levers
mounted on a set of upturned tandem stroker bars with internal cable routing . can supply a nice set of cinelli drop bars if required .
cinelli 110 mm alloy stem , shimano 600 headset .
shimano 600 crankset and 170 mm arms
shimano 600 fr deraileur
shimano 600 indexed rear derailieur for easy changing of gears .
mavic ma40 "clincher style" 36 hole rims finished in graphite grey laced on to large flanged
suntour sealed bearing hubs, fitted with quick release levers fr and rr,
fitted with vittoria tyres that are starting to crack
dura ace aero profile seat post .
silver paintwork is good for age but does have some scratches etc etc
as far as i know this was built aprox 15 yrs ago using (as can be seen) top spec equipment
please note saddle and pedals in picture are not included as I believe
anybody buying this bike will want to fit their own units .
