Looking for a cottered chainset for my 50s Claud Butler. I'm not bothered about make (so long as it doesn't have massive Raleigh bird crest things on it) or number of teeth, just so long as the teeth are okay (the teeth on mine are worn to a sharp point) and the pedal threads are fine.

Or failing that, does anyone have any old chainrings? I'll measure the BCD later but it's 3-hole

Are you after 1/8 or 3/32 pitch? I may have an old Williams around in the loft.

Well either really, as I don't have a rear sprocket or chain yet! I'm just trying to get it back on the road - the proper restoration will come later.

They certainly are. How many teeth has the big ring got and how much are you after?

I've got an incredibly British TD cross one. Chainring like a dinnerplate though!

£8.50 posted (it's heavy!)
