This is now sold!Very interesting frame. It's a Peugeot 2000 Performance frame and forks made of Reynolds 553 tubing. The size of the frame is 24" (61cm) so its good for tall riders. The frame has drop out adjustment screws and comes complete with bottom bracket, intergrated seat clamp, seat post, stem and Sachs 7 speed index levers. I also have some drop bars for the bike and a pair of Shimano 105 levers, unbranded brakes (nice design)and a lovely Ofmega Linea crank. Might suit a "fixie" project. This has been sold.
