Titanium stem bolt. Super light bit for the weight weenies. Head is 12mm diam and 6mm allen key.

Shimano bar end shifters. Clamps a bit tatty but super clicky. Perfect combo with Pauls thumbies. Just tried to work out the indexing on the shifters and according the the part number (SL-BS50) they're 8 speed. But when counting the indexing it seems to miss indexing in the middle of the range, so they're probably friction only or for fixing.
