Whilst it is certainly a beautiful frame, I doubt that it would be stiff enough to be raced and be competitive against modern frames....

Without any doubt Niels Albert would still race satisfactory results on it, but I doubt anyone on here is browsing Retrobike looking for bicycles to be up front in serious competition.

Sorry if I gave the wrong impression, I'm not knocking your frame at all, it would make a classy and rare retro ride. I was referring to Mike's post that this frame should be built up and raced.

No problem. Nor I or my bike felt offended :) Even the fastest space age carbon rig riding guy at the starting line realizes he is the loser when seeing this bike lining up next to him. Matter of style

Interesting idea, it's got me thinking.... I don't want to stomp all over your thread, so I've posted one here

I'd ride it in CX now. It's modern compared to my retro CX bike!

I think it's lovely and would have it like a shot but short of room (and cash!)

Would you be interested in a trade?

The reason for selling is to create some space again. Not for new bikes, but for breathing and living  So I am sorry, I am not interest in trades in the 1st place. Unless it something very small and desirable
