Teeny tiny. Lo pro frame means with 120mm 12 degree incline stem its reasonably comfortable for me for short journeys. I'm 5'8". With TT bars a 5'9-5'11 person could use it. I would say its equivillent to about 20-20.5 inches but shorter. If you like i can take some proper measurements tomorrow.
Stem and bars make all the difference.
